This is not an exhibit I arranged or curated, but I have a story about this booth design.
The SAQA exhibition Fur, fangs, feathers & fins is curated in order to celebrate wild animals in their natural environments. This exhibition showcases birds, fish, mammals, and reptiles doing what comes naturally.
So since we decided to invite this wonderful exhibit, I have thought this booth in our festival has to be designed to tell that we have something to do to preserve these endangered wild animals. Due to the stability of the booth, I had to discuss several times and modify the design. Consequently, our audience could see other people wandering around the shopping district through the wall of this zoo-like booth, as animals in need of our attention.
Very honored to hold this great exhibition in our show.
